On October 23, CFA Association Russia will hold the official Kick-Off Event of the 2018-2019 CFA Institute Research Challenge at the Moscow Exchange on 13 Bolshoi Kislovskiy Lane.

Recording of the event will be available the next day for those who cannot attend the event.

At the Kick-Off Event participants will meet and greet with a representative of Norilsk Nickel, this year's subject company, members of the CFA Russia community, and learn about the official rules of the competition.

The CFA Institute Research Challenge is an annual global competition that provides university students with hands-on mentoring and intensive training in financial analysis.

Students work to research and analyze a publically traded company. Each university team should come up with a financial report with a recommendation to buy, sell or hold their assigned subject company.

The CFA Institute Research Challenge provides students with a unique chance to learn from leading industry experts and compete with peers from the world's top finance programs. This annual educational initiative promotes best practices in equity research among the next generation of analysts through hands-on mentoring and intensive training in company analysis and presentation skills.

This year, the competition is supported by our honored sponsors: Norilsk Nickel and the Moscow Exchange.

Those willing to attend the Kick-Off Event, must register via THIS LINK.
