Last Thursday, August 19^th, CFA Association Russia opened a new business season with a regular online macro update with Dr. Andreas Bickel, CIO of Blackfort Capital. For the first time the event was held in Zoom, so that all participants could ask questions personally at the end of the session.

During the event, the following topics were covered: very strong earnings season, lower market valuation after new record, gold and commodities, FX and Cryptocurriencies and many others. The webcast was moderated by Maxim Matveev, CFA, CEO at Aterra Capital.
