Ivan Skavysh holds a Master's degree in Global Finance from the Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration and also a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Lomonosov Moscow State University of Fine Chemical Technologies.

 

Ivan has extensive experience in corporate management and investments with a comprehensive understanding of the M&A process, including structuring, negotiations, deal execution, and asset integration, derived from his experience in investment banks and C-level positions in the corporate sector. He has consulted on and executed a number of landmark public-private partnership (PPP) projects. Currently, Ivan is a Managing Director in a diversified industrial holding, leading strategic transformation and company management with shareholders. Previously at Lincoln International, a global investment bank with offices in 15 countries, focusing on mid-cap deals, and at other M&A banks, involved in dozens of M&A and fundraising projects across various sectors. He lectured in the English-language postgraduate program at Moscow State University on M&A deals.
