CFA Russia - Investment Manager / Associate в Ведущий инвестиционный фонд

We are looking for an Investment Manager / Associate to join a leading investment fund. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, deep expertise in financial modeling, and experience in deal structuring. This role requires a professional background in investment banking, PE/VC funds, or in-house M&A, management consulting with a proven ability to conduct due diligence, develop investment strategies, and collaborate with partners.

Key Responsibilities:

In-depth financial analysis of companies and investment projects
Development of investment strategies and risk assessment
Conducting due diligence and deal structuring
Preparation of investment memoranda and presentations
Interaction with partners, consultants, and external investors
Monitoring ongoing investments and analyzing market trends
Asset management skills
Ability to review and draft legal documents

Requirements:

Degree from a top-tier Russian or international university (finance, economics, investments)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IB, PE&VC, in-house M&A, management consulting (Big 3), consulting (Big 4)
Experience in deal structuring (legal, financial, and tax aspects)
Hands-on experience in business valuation and investment analysis
Strong analytical skills and financial modeling expertise
Proficiency in working with DCF, LBO, and valuation multiples
Critical thinking, attention to detail
Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results
Fluent English proficiency
