On July 5th Association CFA (Russia) organized press lunch "Demand for investment market professionals – Russian and international experience". The event was held at Bolshoi restaurant (Arkadiy Novikov Group).
Association CFA (Russia) invited speakers from leading international companies (PwC, Michael Page International, Renaissance Capital, Troika Dialog) to raise the issue of industry competence, career drivers and head-hunting experience.

The following subjects were discussed as part of the meeting:
§ Demand for investment market professionals – Russian and international experience
§ Career drivers for investment market professionals
§ Career aspects in big financial corporations and boutique companies
§ Financial companies head hunting sell-side and buy-side experience
§ Candidates’ requirements in Russia and abroad
