Previously he was the Moscow-based Vice Chairman at Silkroutefinancial, a specialized UK FSA regulated investment bank covering the financial sector in emerging markets. He was formerly Senior Vice President of VTB Bank, a major Russian state-owned bank, where he was responsible for investor relations and debt capital issuance.

 

 

Neil worked for 11 years with Vozrozhdenie Bank, a mid-sized listed Russian commercial bank focused on small business and retail banking, helping V.Bank to become one of the most respected mid-cap companies on the Russian and international financial markets.
