CFA Association Russia elects its Board of Directors annually, and this year the Board of Directors consists of 11 open positions. At the moment we have 15 nominees that include previous Board members and newly nominated members of CFA Association Russia.The election will be held via online voting and the final count of votes will take place during the Annual General Meeting and new Board Members will be formally announced.

Since its foundation in 2004 CFA Association Russia has been among the fastest growing chapter of CFAs in the world. We now have more than 470 members, so CFA Association Russia feels it is time to ask its interested members to join the Board. Because it believes new ideas and engagement of newer members is essential to the success of the organization, the Board encourages members to become more involved in the organization as volunteers, event organizers and judges of our students competitions

CFA Association Russia holds the Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the same time as the Board of Directors election. AGM is a venue where CFA members can take part in Association decision making and express their opinions about current processes and activities. AGM 2014 will be held in the format of a Business Breakfast served at 8:30, and the formal part starting at 9:00. An introductory meeting of the newly formed Board of Directors will immediately follow AGM. During the board meeting, committee officers’ roles will be distributed, and the date for the next meeting of the Board will be decided.
