June 25, 2014 - in the Building of the Moscow Exchange CFA Association Russia, National rating Agency, and The Guild of Investment and Financial Analysts (GIFA) held a round table to discuss following issues:

• Problems of development of Russian market of rating agencies

• International activities of Russian agencies and prospects of accreditation and recognition abroad

• Cooperation and competition of local and global agencies

• Verification and transparency of the methodologies of the rating agencies

• The position of the regulator regarding the accreditation of rating agencies and the use of regulatory documents rating

• Use ratings as an element in the system of risk management and compliance, companies, and banks

• The use of ratings for Lombard lists and lists of securities traded on the stock exchange

• The availability of existing scales of conformity in Russia and the prospects for their improvement or development of new correspondence tables of scales, and the use and application of the full range of scales from different agencies.

• Innovations in the regulation of rating agencies and the wishes of the participants in the market for credit rating agencies
